By using the Omnira website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Omnira is an Australian-based pet brand. Product colours, packaging and measurements may vary slightly from photos. Prices, stock and product details may change without notice.

Orders are accepted once payment is approved. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by payment issues, fraud concerns, stock shortages or pricing errors. Any cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers must provide correct delivery information. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays or other delays outside our control. Returns and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products must be used safely and according to their instructions. Pets should be supervised where appropriate. Our products do not replace veterinary advice.

All website content, branding, photos and designs belong to Omnira or their respective owners and must not be copied without permission.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
